You must own the property entered, OR have documented written permission from the landowner to allow a Captured Media drone flight and to receive the resulting analysis. The property must be located in Virginia, must be 500 acres or less, and must be available for a scheduled on-site drone flight between December 1, 2026 and March 15, 2027. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Captured Media LLC and their immediate families are not eligible. ENTRY PERIOD: The giveaway begins Friday, September 5, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time and ends Sunday, November 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the "Entry Period"). Entries received before or after this window will be void. HOW TO ENTER: 1. Primary entry (1 entry, required): Submit the entry form at capturedhunt.com/win with your name, email, Virginia ZIP code, estimated acreage, and property availability confirmation. 2. Bonus entry — Captured Hunt account (+3 entries): Create a free Captured Hunt account at capturedhunt.com using the same email address as your entry. Verification is automatic. 3. Bonus entry — Instagram follow (+2 entries): Follow @capturedhunt on Instagram and enter your handle on the form. 4. Bonus entry — Facebook follow (+2 entries): Follow Captured Media on Facebook and check the confirmation box on the form. 5. Bonus entry — Social comment (+1 entry per week, up to 3): Leave a comment on any Captured Hunt or Captured Media giveaway post on Instagram or Facebook during the Entry Period. MAXIMUM ENTRIES: Each entrant is limited to a maximum of 10 total entries over the course of the Entry Period. ALTERNATE FREE METHOD OF ENTRY: To enter free without the online form, hand-print your name, email address, and Virginia ZIP code on a 3x5 card and mail it to Captured Media LLC, New Kent, VA. Mail-in entries must be received by November 30, 2026 and count as one (1) entry. Limit one mail-in entry per envelope. PRIZE: One (1) Captured Media Deer Herd Analysis, consisting of a professional thermal drone survey of the winner's Virginia property (up to 500 acres), a written analysis report covering herd inventory, buck-to-doe ratio, estimated density, bedding activity, and property-in-context assessment, and a property map file compatible with Captured Hunt. Approximate retail value: $1,000. The prize is non-transferable and no cash equivalent will be offered. Any applicable federal, state, or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. WINNER SELECTION: One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries on December 1, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be notified via the email address provided with their entry within 48 hours of the drawing. Winner must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize. If the winner cannot be reached, does not respond within seven days, or is found to be ineligible, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be drawn. PUBLICITY RELEASE: By entering, entrants grant Captured Media LLC the right to use their name, likeness, hometown, and any drone footage or imagery gathered as part of the analysis in marketing materials, on social media, and on capturedhunt.com without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. DATA USE: Entry data (name, email, ZIP, acreage) will be stored securely and used to administer the giveaway and to send occasional marketing communications from Captured Media and Captured Hunt. Entrants may opt out of marketing communications at any time. RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By entering, participants release Captured Media LLC, its owners, employees, and partners from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize.
